Stephen C. Pasternack, Ph.D., P.E. - President
Steve earned his doctorate degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Geotechnical
and Structural Engineering) from the University of Akron. He is a past President
of the American Society of Civil Engineers-Central Ohio Section. He has over 27
years of experience which includes geotechnical engineering for the Ohio Turnpike
Third Lane Expansion-Slope Stability Projects, Ohio Department of Transportation
District Geotechnical Services Contracts, Ohio Department of Transportation Mine
Subsidence projects, the Ohio School Facilities Commission's School Projects, and
private retail and commercial developments in Ohio.

Timothy A. Van Echo, P.E. - Executive Vice President
Tim earned his masters degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Water Resources
Engineering) from The Ohio State University. He has been past President of the OSU
Civil Engineering Alumni Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers-Central
Ohio Section. He has over 26 years of experience which includes geotechnical engineering
for Dominion Homes, Inc., M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc., various Ohio Department
of Natural Resources' Dam and Mine Reclamation Projects, many Del-Co Water Reservoir
Projects, and the Longaberger Headquarters basket building.

Ronald T. Erb, P.E. - Vice President
Ron earned his masters degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Geotechnical
Engineering) from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of numerous
professional organizations including American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers
Club of Columbus, American Concrete Institute, Portland Cement Association, Flexible
Pavement, Inc., Ohio Ready Mix Concrete Association and The Builder's Exchange.
He has over 23 years of experience which includes geotechnical engineering for the
Nationwide (National Hockey League) Arena, Columbus Crew Soccer Stadium, National
Archives Storage Facility, Howard University Hospital, National Law Enforcement
Officer's Memorial, Cleveland's Federal Courthouse Building, and The Ohio State
University's Larkins Hall, Heart Hospital, and Ohio Stadium.

David L. Monroe - Vice President
Dave earned his bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University (specializing
in in Structural Engineering). He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers,
Ohio Contractors Association, Construction Employers Association, and International
Rotary, as well as being on the Advisory Board for Ohio University and the University
of Akron. He has over 37 years of experience which includes construction management
and engineering for the Louisiana Superdome; U.S. Steel Pipe Mill in Houston, Texas;
American Electric Power Plant in Conesville, Ohio; Intercoastal Waterway Double
Leaf Bascule Bridge in Clearwater, Florida; Ohio River Bridge in St. Mary's, West
Virginia; and the Southeast Financial Center in Miami, Florida.
