Stephen C. Pasternack, Ph.D., P.E.
President

Pasternack earned his Ph.D. degree in civil engineering, specializing in geotechnical and structural engineering, from The University of Akron.  He is a registered professional engineer in Ohio and New Jersey.

He is a past president of the American Society of Civil Engineers Central Ohio Section.

He has over 30 years of experience which includes geotechnical engineering for the Ohio Turnpike third lane expansion and slope stability projects, the Ohio Department of Transportation's District geotechnical services contracts, the Ohio Department of Transportation's mine subsidence projects, the Ohio School Facilities Commission's school building projects, and private retail and commercial developments in Ohio.
