BBC&M Engineering, Inc.'s laboratories are AASHTO (R18) certified in the areas of geotechnical, concrete and aggregate testing and comply with strict ASTM standards.
BBCM is prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation to provide the following services:

- SOILS/GEOTECHNICAL - Geotechnial Testing Laboratory
- ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - Environmental Document Preparation - CE
- ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - Ecological Surveys
- ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - Waterway Permits
- ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - ESA Screening, Phase I ESA and Phase II ESA
BBCM maintains quality control and quality assurance through both internal and external training and review practices.
Our field and laboratory technicians attend regular in-house training sessions and participate in external certification programs, such as those sponsored by the American Concrete Institute and the National Institute For Certification in Engineering Technologies.
Our local laboratory participates in the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) inspection process, both of the corresponding AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory Soils and Aggregate (AMRL) inspections and the corresponding proficiency sample testing programs.
All of BBCM's Professional Engineers are licensed in the State of Ohio. Many hold licenses in other states, such as Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
