Certification Statement
BBC&M Engineering, Inc. is a geotechnical engineering firm that is qualified to perform the required construction observation and testing services outlined in the request for qualifications. BBCM employs professional engineers and engineering field technicians who are experienced, educated and trained such that BBCM is qualified to comply with the requirements set forth in the referenced request for qualifications.
BBCM maintains quality control and quality assurance through both internal and external training and review practices. Our field and laboratory technicians attend regular in‑house training sessions and participate in external certification programs, such as those sponsored by the American Concrete Institute and the National Institute For Certification in Engineering Technologies. Our local laboratory participates in the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) inspection process, both of the corresponding AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory Soils and Aggregate (AMRL) inspections and the corresponding proficiency sample testing programs.
